Tuna TarTar with Truffle oil



For this delicious appetizer I use sashimi grade tuna, finely chopped: scallions, cilantro, jalepeno, tuna, minced garlic, salt, peper, siracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, truffle oil. I served it with Cape Cod waffled cut chips.
