For the sauce I first sauté two sliced onions with balsamic vinegar and salt. Once the onions are cooked I add in the garlic. Finally I add the seasoned meatballs and a little water to the skillet. Season the dish with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika and close with the lid. Once cooked move around the entire dish making sure to coat the beef with the onions.
