Crumb Cake


Cake: 
1.5 Cups Flour
.5 Cups Sugar
2.5 Tsp Baking powder
.5 Tsp Salt
1 egg
.5 cup Mocha mix
2 tsp Vanilla extract

Crumb Topping: 
2.5 Cup flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1.5 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons of melted margarine
boiled water if needed 


For the cake, mix the ingredients in a kitchen aid mixer making sure to first mix dry ingredients and then wet. Pour the mixture in a tray and then preheat oven for 325. For the topic mix the ingredients and then layer the cake with the crumbs using your hands. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes depending on how thick your cake is, cook longer if needed and make sure to do the toothpick test. Cut cake into pieces and serve on a nice dish.
