Chicken Breast Moroccan Style dinner served with Couscous

For this dish I first boiled garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper with water in a small pot. Pour the mixture on top of boxed couscous and cover with foil. After 20 mins fluff with a fork. 

For the vegetables I sautéed zucchini, peppers, mushrooms. In another skillet cook sliced chicken breast with fresh parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic. 

First layer the couscous, vegetables, and top with chicken.
