Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Truffle oil


Firstly Mix the following: 

2 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 
minced garlic
shredded mozzarella cheese
salt/pepper
chopped artichokes
drained defrosted chopped spinach 

Once mixed top the bowl with more cheese, truffle oil and place in the oven on 300 for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve with chips, or little toasted bread.
