Orzo Pasta


For this filling side dish I sautéed onions, tomatoes, garlic in a skillet. Next I added fresh flat leaf parsley, tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper. In another stock pot I boiled and drained the orzo pasta. Once everything is cooked add the mixture to the pasta.
