Double Cooked Rosemary Smashed Potatoes


First I boiled these little white potatoes, then with a fork I smashed each one individually on an oiled tray. Top each potato with a piece of fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, paprika. Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 275.
