Caesar Salad


For the dressing I mixed the following items with a whisk: 
2 limes of juice
 3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
3 minced anchovies
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons mayonaise 



For the croutons I mixed the cubed bread, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, oregano. Place in the oven on medium heat until crispy. 

Topped with shredded and grated parmesan cheese
