Herbed Chickenballs


Perfect as a entree or an appetizer. First I mix ground chicken breast with minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, chopped onions, egg, bread crumbs. Since the balls are already moist you don't really need to add any oil. To cook the balls I place them on top of sautéed onions in a skillet with the lid on, mixing occasionally so all sides cook evenly. These are a healthy alternative to meatballs and still full of flavor.
