Plum Tarts

 Whipped Cream which I whipped in my kitchen aid mixer 

Plum Tarts
Crust: In the kitchen aid mixer I mixed flour, margarine, and sugar
Once formed into a ball place the crust in the refrigerator for a few hours wrapped tightly. Roll the crust out and layer the sliced plums in the center of the crust. Wrap over the crust edges and layer the top of the crust with brown sugar and place into the oven on 300 for 45 minutes.
