First cut and boil the plums, removing the seed. Next boil the plums in a teflon pot on medium to low heat, making sure to mix the mixture with a wooden spoon every ten minutes. Once the plums have reduced and break down, keep stirring the mixture until a clumpy liquid consistency forms. Finally pour the mixture in a strainer with a bowl underneath to collect the liquid. Push the mixture through the strainer, straining the fruit pulp. Once finished, pour the liquid onto a baking sheet that is lined with cling wrap. Place in a 175 degree oven for several hours, or until the mixture is completely dry. Leave the mixture in the oven overnight
