Garlic Spiced Fresh Branzino


I was able to get my hands on a beautiful fresh whole branzino which I asked to be cut in half. I layer a healthy handful of garlic all over, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Next I closed the fish and place in the oven for 10 minutes on 300 and then opened it for the last 10 minutes. So delicious and so fresh.
