Roasted Artichokes with a Dipping Vinaigrette sauce


To cut the cooking time I first boiled the artichokes in a pot for about an hour next I cut them in half and roasted them on a cookie sheet in the oven face up. In the meantime I prepared the dipping sauce by mixing white vinegar, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced garlic, white balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.
