For this dish I first sauté onion, tomatoes, celery. Next I add in some fresh chopped flat leaf parsley, salt, pepper, tomato sauce. For the beef I mix chopped onions, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bread crumbs. After the soup itself is ready I add in a few cups of rice, depending on how much soup you make, the last thing to do is add in the beef balls. Cook for as long as you need to create your soup and cook your beef.
