First I sauté different colored bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic. Next I place the salmon on top of the vegetables and season the entire dish by sprinkling PREG brand seafood seasoning with paprika, cumin, salt, pepper. Finally I topped with fresh chopped parsley. Place the lid on the dish and allow to cook on the stove top for 20 minutes on medium heat or until cooked.
