Bruschetta

I sliced a fresh baguette, topped it off with some truffle gouda cheese and place in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes , next I created the tomato topping using heirloom tomatoes, salt, pepper and olive oil. Allow your guest to create their own or do it for them!
