Tuna Tartare Platter with Truffle Oil and Wonton Skins


I have shared my tuna tartare recipe plenty of times on this blog, by far still a crowd favorite! I usually expect for this dish to be finished first and I am never wrong. Still the number one crowd pleaser of all times! In this case I made enough for 30 guest and still it was devoured and enjoyed by all sushi lovers. 




Same recipe, top with jalepenos and spicy mayo sauce.
