Using a cream colored miso paste, same as for miso paste I created a sauce for my veggies. First mix in a cup a tablespoon of miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. In a container place the veggies and marinate together and shake well so everything is coated. In a skillet cook the side dish until all items are tender.
