Farm Fresh Boy Choy


First wash the bok choy very well and open each layer. For the sauce I mixed chili oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil. I first sautéed the bok choy with garlic until it was soft, then I topped it off with the sauce. I find bok choy a very plain vegetable, but with the right marinate and sauce it can be transformed!
