Colorful Asian Style Cabbage Salad

For the cabbage, make sure to thinly slice the entire head of cabbage, you can use either red or green cabbage for this salad. I added in yellow grape tomatoes, spring onions, and cucumbers. For the dressing I mixed lime juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. The longer the dressing sits, the better the salad taste!
