Cheese sauce with Truffle Oil goodness

Cheese Sauce Goodness

Mix mocha mix, cheese of choice, butter, and truffle oil making sure to whisk the mixture until all ingredients are mixed and smoothed.

Pour cheese mixture into the pasta, place pasta in a oven safe dish and place into the oven on 350 for 15 minutes.

Blast from the Past

I will never forget my first grade cookbook. In first grade each student had to include their favorite recipe. Of course all the other first graders chose recipes like chocolate chip cookies, macaroni and cheese and lastly brownies. I was not your average first grader, while every other child was getting high off of sugar I was busy putting together my favorite meal. Sarit's tomato Veggie soup. Who would have thought a seven year old girl would pick vegetables to be her pick of choice.
