Stuffed Squash Pockets



I first cook ground beef on the stove top with chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Next I scoop out my round squashes, but save the lids. In a deep tray I place the pockets from each other and place water in the tray, I mix the beef with uncooked rice and cover the tray with foil. I cook the entire tray in the oven on 350 for about two hours.
