Salmon steaks differ from salmon fillets in that the steaks are a lot juicier. Price wise it is more expensive, but a nice way to change up the usual salmon dish. I marinated the steak with soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. I wrapped the steak into a foil bag and cooked it on 350 for 20 minutes.
