For this soup I first boiled some water on the stove in a stockpot, Next I added in some mushroom broth for the base of the soup, but you can use any broth of your choice. I add in some chopped up carrots, tomatoes, celery, onions, minced garlic, potatoes and cilantro. Lastly I add in some thinly sliced shoulder meat. For the final touch I add in some sesame oil, some salt, pepper and a Japanese chili pepper mixture to make the soup a little spicy.
