Israeli Dinner

One of my favorite dishes to make is schnitzel. It's pretty simple to make and the results speak for themselves. Visit you local kosher market, they usually have specific schnitzel chicken packaged. This chicken is usually pounded out and a lot thinner than regular chicken breast. Next you will need to beat a few eggs, the beaten eggs are used as a gluing component for the bread crumbs. You will next dip your chicken into the beaten eggs and next into the bread crumbs of your choice. I season my bread crumbs with different spices, feel free to use the spices you like. After all of your chicken has been dipped and coated with bread crumbs you will next want to fill a frying pan with some vegetable oil and fry all of your chicken. Make sure to place your cooked chicken on a paper towel before serving to get rid of some excess oil. For the roast potatoes I simply coated them with some oil, paprika, garlic, tumeric, salt + pepper and cumin.
