Ahi tuna W/Orzo & Peas

This dinner is a very easy and delicious course you can make for yourself or guest. For the Orzo pasta you need to first boil some water, make sure to add in some salt and olive oil to flavor the pasta. Next you need to place some frozen peas on a frying pan until the peas are warm, followed by adding in one whole chopped tomato and some fresh minced garlic. The pasta will be ready once all of the water has evaporated, add in the pea mixture into the pot with the pasta, season with some salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika.

The Tuna steaks are extremely delicious and can be cooked based on your likings. I cooked my fish well done so it has an almost chicken like texture to it. In a ziplock bag add in some vegetarian hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt + pepper, and some cayenne pepper. Next smother the raw sashimi grade tuna with the marinate mixture. To cook the fish you simply need to put some oil on a frying pan and and place the tuna on the pan, flip over and cook both sides.
