In order to make this roast you will first need to create a flavorful marinate. To make this marinate you will need to use the following ingredients:
Hoisin sauce (spoonful)
Olive oil
Lime or Lemon Juice (2)
Processed Garlic ( 6 cloves)
Processed cilantro ( one bunch)
Processed tomatoes (2 small)
BBQ sauce, One spoon
Salt + Pepper
cumin
Tumeric
paprika
Cayenne Pepper
leave the marinate on the meat overnight. Next I cut up cherry tomatoes, selection of fingerling potatoes, sliced cabbage and placed in a oiled casserole dish. After doing so, place the marinated meat on top and pour the leftover marinate on top of the potatoes, tomatoes and cabbage. Seal the entire dish with foil and leave to cook on 400 degrees for about 4 hours or until cooked.

Chicken Noodle Soup
To start making this soup you will need to visit your local butcher and buy some chicken with bones. Place a few pieces of chicken into the boiling pot, this will create your chicken broth. Include some processed cilantro and garlic for some flavor. Next you want to add in your vegetables of choice. I included some squash, carrots, potatoes and celery. After everything has cooked take out the chicken with bones out of the pot. Next take off all of the chicken from the bones and chop the chicken and add it back into the pot. The last step would be to add in your pasta and let everything cook together until it's ready. Make sure to add salt and pepper to the pot to add some extra flavor.

New Kosher Restaurant Opens On Pico
Schnitzly is a newly opened Glatt Kosher restaurant on Pico and Glenville. I had past it almost everyday on my way to work, but finally I tried it. To my amazement it was beyond what I expected. Many of us have this image of kosher restaurants as being over priced, not the best service and at times not kept very well. However, this restaurant is everything you expect in one great package. Food was delicious, service was good, prices were not over the top and the place was fully packed with customers. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out if you have not already. They have everything from sandwiches, sides, wraps, schnitzel, steak, salads and a large array of sauces to choose from.

Spicy Moroccan Carrots
First you want to wash and peel some carrots, after place your sliced washed carrots in a pot of boiling water. Once all the carrots are cooked and soft drain the water and place the cooked carrots in a bowl. In a food processor, process four garlic cloves and one batch of cilantro. Add the mixture to the bowl of carrots with a half a lime of lime juice, some cumin and paprika. Lastly add in about a teaspoon of Harissa spicy sauce and mix all the ingredients together. For best results I placed the dish in the freezer for about twenty minutes so the carrots would be cold.

Attention Okra Lovers
For this stew I would first saute a half chopped onion and some garlic in your pot with some oil. Next I added in two whole chopped tomatoes. Let the ingredients break down until the onions are translucent and all of the ingredients are pretty much all softened up. I continue by adding in one batch of finely cut parsley. At this point all of the ingredients are mixed in and cooked, so you may add in one can of tomato sauce. After everything is mixed together add in some salt + pepper, a little touch of cumin, paprika and some cayenne pepper to give it some spice. To prepare the okra for this dish you want to wash them very well, I used fresh okra, but you can also use frozen. Before adding them in just barely cut off the top of the okra but just where the stem use to be. Let everything cook together for about 30 minutes so flavors marinate together.

Yummy Mexican Rice Bowl
For the first part of the dish you want to make your cilantro rice, to do so I used a rice cooker, cooked the rice and of course seasoned the water with oil and salt. Once the cooker is finished cooking the rice I used a food processor to process one batch of cilantro. Mix the rice with the cilantro and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes so the flavors mix together.
For the Guacamole salsa I used a blender to mix everything together. In a blender add in lime juice from 2 whole limes, one avocado, quarter of one batch of cilantro, half a red bell pepper, half an onion, salt and pepper. To make the salsa spicy add in a serrano chile.
In order to make the red salsa, use a food processor and process tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, onions, lime juice, salt + pepper. If you want to make it spicy add in some hot chiles.
Lastly, I used some steaks I had leftover from before that were grilled on the BBQ. Chopped up the steaks into cubes and added it to my mixture. For the mixture I first sautéed some red bell peppers and onions with some olive oil, salt + pepper. Next I added in one can of crushed tomatoes. Let the mixture cook for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to add in salt + pepper.
The Final Results: You can assemble your dish the way you would like to, also a side of warm tortillas is a great addition.

Persian Version
Here is the easiest way to explain to you all how to make a Persian Choresh or Stew. First you want to wash and chop about 3 bundles of parsley and a few cloves of chopped garlic and throw into your frying pan that is coated with oil. Fry ingredients until they are tender. Next you want to boil a half full pot of water. Once boiled, add in the fried parsley and garlic. Next you want to add in chopped celery. You want to also add in about a tray of cubed stew beef and a half of a chopped onion. For the spices you want to include a tablespoon of dry mint, tumeric, cumin, salt + pepper. For that sour persian flavor all you Persian food lovers add in a few dried lemons that are available at any of your local persian market. For best results you want to poke holes into your dried lemons with a knife. Once cooked let the pot simmer for about 3 hours, the longer the stew cooks the better it will taste and the softer the meat will be.
Here I substituted Red Kidney Beans for Meat to make the dish vegetarian. Everything else is the same just hold the meat and add in the beans of choice. Of course in this situation the dish can be made within an hour or so.

Very Vegetable Soup
Start off by boiling your water, add in one chopped onion, 4 garlic cloves, salt + pepper. Add in one whole chopped tomato, one can of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of any broth powder of your choice, I used mushroom stock. Include any vegetables you enjoy, for my soup I chopped and added in, button mushrooms, cabbage, zucchini, broccoli and asparagus. I substituted some israeli couscous for pasta. Let your soup cook for about 30 minutes so all of your veggies are cooked and the broth has been created from all of the juices of the vegetables.
